Corn field days KOWALEWO near MARGONINA

On 21st of September 2017 at 11:00 in Kowalewo near Margonina took place another event from the cycle of maize days which was hosted by SOUFFLET AGRO POLSKA.

Lots of visitors could have listened new information about fertilization and herbicide protection of maize which has been presented by our new agronomist  Bogusław Podlas. Supplementation with foliar fertilizers were discussed with Angelika Borko from  Agronutrition Company. A rich collection of 12 varieties which were presented by our product manager Kamil Gawelski. The list of the varieties which were presented: INSTILLA FAO 220, AVICII FAO 250, PAPOUAZI FAO 270, DATABAZ FAO 270, ITEA FAO 280 as they are the varieties that SOUFFLET GROUPE introduced in 2016 and 2017 to the Polish market under the new brand - "SOUFFLET SEEDS".

The next part of the presentation was the AgriDron presentation. SOUFFLET AGRO POLSKA, a member of the world leader in the agricultural sector of the SOUFFLET GROUPE, has introduced the innovative AgriDron service to Poland. It consists of the using drone cameras and multispectral mapping for wheat and rapeseed. Thanks to the unique technology, the farmer receives a recommendation to use nitrogen fertilization to optimize costs and achieve quality yield. Experiences in Western Europe shows profit in the case of rapeseed at the level of 100 Euro and winter wheat at 60 Euros, including the costs of the service. The final product which farmer receive is descriptive version with maps, a file for the console, enabling GPS and mobile applications, thanks to which we have the option of modulating the nitrogen dose without having an automatic fertilizing line.

At the end of the event all the guests went to the barbecue joint where further discussions were held.
